mentoring
Our trained mentors work one to one with young people who are in need of emotional or behavioural support. Our Changing-pace initiative uses sport and specialist mentoring techniques to build relationships with young people. We help students reintegrate into education and engage positively in the classroom.
Group sports sessions
At Changing-Pace we specialise in boxing, kickboxing and football. Sport is one of the best engagement tools to use with young people. This can help boost social skills and introduce a fun healthy lifestyle for young people, improving confidence and self-esteem in every day life.
Workshops
Changing-Pace uses workshops to educate young people on the challenges they may face in the community and in school. Workshops include: CCE ,CSE ,anger management, healthy lifestyles, mental health and many more.
